Kimberly W. Dennis
Practice Manager
Kim has been at Acoaxet since Dr. Schor purchased the practice in 1990. She received degrees in Animal Science and Elementary Education. Kim started her employment as a veterinary assistant and, after several years, moved forward in the hospital to become the Practice Manager. Kim divides her time between work, family, and her various pets. Her frisky felines Coyote, Jordan, Sidney, Grey Stripey and Sizzle enjoy spending time with their canine companions Willow, a Golden Retriever, and rescue dog Maackia, a sweet Portugese Podengo.

Mary Rimoshytus
Veterinary Assistant
Mary has been at Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic since March of 1997. She received a degree in Animal Science and followed her love of animals to become a veterinary assistant. Her happy family includes her husband, her two daughters, her cats Betsy Boots, Francis, Thelma, Tigger and her Labrador Retriever Jack, and her rabbit Penelope.

Beth Miranda
Veterinary Assistant/Inventory Supervisor
Beth started working at Acoaxet part-time when she was only a junior at Westport High School. In June of 1998 she became employed as a full-time veterinary assistant and shortly after took on the challenge of becoming our Inventory Manager. Her family includes her two beautiful children and her handsome Bernese Mountain Dog, Titan. |

Lindsay Roberts
Veterinary Assistant
Lindsay joined the staff at Acoaxet in October 2009. Lindsay has a Bachelor of Science in Pre-veterinary studies. She came to us with several years of veterinary assistant experience from two previous hospitals. Lindsay shares her home with a cat named Gracie and an adoreable black labrador named Ruby.

Loraine Clark
Veterinary Assistant
Loraine joined the group at Acoaxet in February of 2000. She shares her home with her husband and adorable son and infant daughter. She also lives with her beautiful feline friends Ben N' Jerry who were both abandoned by their mother outside of an Ice Cream parlor. Her home also includes her batch of cute bunnies Benny, Nimbus and Liam.

Pam Brewster
Veterinary Assistant
Pam has been at Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic since November 2000. She followed her love and respect of animals to become a veterinary assistant at our clinic. She has opened her door to her four cats Henrietta, Hamish, Harley, and Homer, her three dogs Stella, a Black Lab, and Hope, a beautiful Golden Retriever, and Cheech, a little rescue chihuahua.

Crystal Mary Ferry
Veterinary Assistant
Crystal is one of our assistants that came along in November of 2000 originally as part-time, but is now one of our full-time staff members. Her family owns Milky Way Farm in Westport, so animals have always been a fixture in her life growing up. Besides owning cows, horses, and donkeys, Crystal has a Jack Russell Terrier named Russell, a one-eyed Collie named Maggie, a Chocolate Lab named Toby, a Cattle Dog named Baxter, a beautiful new French Bulldog puppy named Rueben, and at least 20 farm cats.

Robin Carling
Certified Veterinary Technician
Robin became a Veterinary Technician at Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic in December 2001. She followed her love of animals to receive certification as a veterinary technician from Becker College. She shares her home with her husband, their son and step-son, along with her rambuncous pups Jayda and Hogan, her 3 legged cat Calvin, and fiesty addition Dirty Dot.

Ellen O'Neill
Veterinary Assistant
Ellen joined us in March of 2004. She loves spending time with animals and enjoys being a veterinary assistant at Acoaxet. Ellen shares her home with a menagerie of animals that she has adopted and nursed to health. She is fond of American Pit Bull Terriers and has a beautiful pit bull of her own named, Linus. He was born with a congenital birth defect to his upper palate. Ellen's family also consists of several loving felines, a chubby rescue chihuahua named Princess and an elderly dachshund, Bella.

Jennifer Gallant
Certified Veterinary Technician
Jen joined the Acoaxet gang in August of 2004. She had received her certification as a veterinary technician and has been working with animals ever since. Jen and her husband have two beautiful daughters and share their home with their five cats CupCake, Dharma, Gatsby, Gus, George, new kitten Dragon and her Labrador Retriever Bindi.

Certified Veterinary Technician
Kim joined the veterinary technician team in August of 2004. She received her certification in veterinary technology at Becker College and has always shared her home with animals of all shapes and sizes. Kim shares her home with her two beautiful cats, Doc and Stewie. She also has a turtle named Ipswich, 24 beta fish, several little hamster friends, finches and a mouse.

Jessica Bergeron
Veterinary Technician
Jessica joined Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic in the spring of 2008. She loves working with animals and aspires to return to veterinary school in the future. She lives with her husband and their three sons, and has opened her home to a circle of pets. These include a mixed breed dog named Ringo, an adoreable Olde English Bulldog named Tank and three cats, Darby, Egg and Gladys.

Aimee Durette
Certified Veterinary Technician
Aimee joined the group at Acoaxet in April 2010. Aimee graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Technology in 2007. She came to us with previous experience in Small Animal Veterinary medicine and also experience in Emergency Animal healthcare. She shares her home with a beautiful domestic short hair kitty named Tigger.

Marissa Morang
Veterinary Assistant
Marissa joined our team in September 2010. Marissa also had several years of previous veterinary technician experience prior to joining our clinic staff. She lives in Westport and shares her home with a beautiful husky named Kora and two cats, Bean and Miisu. |
